The Travelling Arts Circus has spent the summer visiting various venues and locations around Stroud, and together with groups of artists has celebrated the uniqueness of Stroud. The Circus Van epitomised the joy and humour inherent in our Community engaging a public audience, pulling them into a world of the slightly ridiculous filled with balloons!
