A full day of wholehearted dance: to embody, express and create with our feelings from the wild edges, deep vulnerability and true power of our emotional energy. 

Open loving in all it forms: wild, fierce, true, and radiant. Following the body, allowing its natural capacity for expression so we learn to be emotional spontaneously, not over-thinking it. 

Learn simple practices you can use in your daily life to bring the chronic activation of your nervous system down into the body where it can become fuel for life as embodied feelings and vibrant presence. 

This event will be led by Adam Barley: movement catalyst, author, and the founder of ZeroOne, an evolving mystery school based on embodiment, presence and enquiry. He is a highly experienced, electric, and generous movement teacher. He has built a reputation for leading powerfully transformative experiences world-wide. Adam is the author of Pathways Home – A guide to creating your own movement practice as a catalyst for personal and collective evolution. He has recently been through a 2 year journey with cancer, coming very close to death, emerging deepened and humbled by the experience.
