Breath Work
Weekly Breathwork Class: Learn to calm your nervous system, move with less pain, and feel more at ease in your body.
Time & Location
Every Tuesday 6pm – 6.55pm
Stroud, Lansdown, Stroud GL5 1BB, UK

Tuesday 6pm – 6:55pm
Learn to calm your nervous system, move with less pain, and feel more at ease in your body.
This class teaches you how to enter relaxed, steady states on demand – not through force or performance, but through practical breathwork and gentle movement that fits real life.
You’ll learn tools you can actually use:
Reduce stress and feeling overwhelmed
Manage anxiety and racing thoughts
Soften chronic tension and muscle pain (including Fibromyalgia)
Work with fatigue (including ME/CFS and menopause)
Move more comfortably, even on low-energy days
Using simple solo and partner exercises from traditions of the East, West, and beyond, we explore how breath, thought, and movement directly influence one another.
This is not about flexibility, fitness, or “getting it right.”
It’s about learning how to down-regulate your system, ease pain, and move with less effort.
What the class involves:
Gentle physical movements designed for everyday bodies
Practical breathwork you can apply immediately
Guided relaxation, visualisation, and mindfulness
A supportive, non-judgemental environment
Everything is adaptable. You work within your own limits.
